3. Photo Storage and Security

Photos are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access to photos is restricted to registered parents/guardians using unique access codes. Photos are automatically deleted after the event expiration period.

4. AI Processing

When you opt to view AI-enhanced photos, your child's photo is processed using secure AI services to create themed backgrounds. This processing is done securely and the AI service does not retain your photos.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform
• Event organizers (schools, organizations) who booked the event
• Law enforcement when required by law

6. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy seriously. Photos of children are only accessible by registered parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Photos are retained until the event expiration date, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
